- The deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 1 month before your arrival. For all bookings made less than 30 days before the date of stay, the full amount of the rental will be required. If you have any specific questions about payment, please contact the Gîtes de France® agency where you are staying. You'll find their contact details on this page.
- Accepted means of payment
On our website or via our booking services, we accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. You can also pay by ANCV vacation vouchers through our reservation services. You can also pay by Gîtes de France® gift card
- Cancellation of your stay
When you make your reservation, you can take out cancellation insurance. This insurance compensates you in the event of cancellation of your stay for reasons such as illness, death, accident, etc. You will be able to consult the General Sales Conditions of the insurance during your reservation. You can no longer take out this insurance once your reservation has been finalized.
If you are obliged to cancel your stay, you must notify the reservation department as soon as possible, who will provide you with the necessary documents to ensure that your declaration to the insurer is properly transmitted.
If you do not wish to take out cancellation insurance, the reimbursement made by the booking service will be in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- Owner contact details
Once the balance has been paid, you will receive your holiday documents, the address of the accommodation and the owners' contact details. Please contact them to arrange an arrival time. Don't forget to exchange cell phone numbers if you didn't give them at the time of booking, as this can be very useful.
- Changing your reservation
Your reservation may be modified subject to availability and accommodation capacity. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact the relevant reservation department.

- To check availability and make a reservation, contact the owner directly to sign the contract, pay the rental amount and agree your arrival time. A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
