El efecto sorpresa comienza frente a la avenida de carpes que conduce a la propiedad completamente cerrada. A continuación, le seducirán los majestuosos árboles del jardín, el edificio principal orientado al sur y la luminosa sala de estar de la planta superior con vistas al jardín. Audrey y Thierry han buscado objetos, cuadros y lámparas que le harán viajar desde los años 30 hasta la época contemporánea.
La casa rural linda con otra casa rural y tiene su propio patio privado. La casa de los propietarios se encuentra en la parte trasera de la casa rural.
Entrada a una cocina de verano con nevera, fregadero y microondas. WC separado y acceso a la lavandería compartida con lavadora y secadora privadas compartidas con la otra Casas rurales.
Arriba: salón con cocina equipada, comedor y sala de estar. 1 habitación con 3 camas individuales (90x200) (2 de las cuales se pueden juntar para formar 1 cama doble (180x200)) con cuarto de baño y WC. 1 otro dormitorio con 2 camas de 90x200 (que pueden convertirse en 1 cama de 180x200) y cuarto de baño con ducha. WC separado.
Wifi con fibra.
Equipamiento para bebés a petición: cuna, bañera y trona.
Exterior: jardín amurallado de 7 hectáreas, piscina climatizada (11,3m x 3,8m) abierta del 01/06 al 30/09 de 10h a 21h, compartida con la otra Casas rurales. Patio privado de 130 m², mobiliario de jardín, brasero, mesa de ping-pong comunitaria, aparcamiento. Visita a la granja de espirulina in situ. Posibilidad de alquilar la 2ª Casas rurales para 15 personas (Ref: 16G50543).
Servicio de limpieza regular disponible. Casas rurales para no fumadores - Casa Panda autorizada en 2025.

J&VK Excellent visit to La Petite Salamandre
The owners were perfect hosts, informative and available if needed. They thoughtfully provided delicious bread, butter and milk in addition to the excellent welcome pack, because we arrived late on a Sunday.
Everything about the gîte exceeded our expectations. It had well designed and furnished spacious rooms with interesting art work, and provided a calm, elegant environment.
Thank you to our hosts for showing us the spiruline production facility. Their knowledge, skill and commitment was exciting to see. We look forward to being able to buy Les Salamandres spiruline in the UK. Our experiments with recipes including their product will continue.
We hope to return with our family to enjoy the grounds, table tennis and heated pool. But how will we persuade the grand-children to leave La Musee de la Bande Dessinee in Angoulême?Notes for visitors: best to bring a headtorch if you want to read in bed.

Spirolina Spirolina und noch viel mehr ..,
Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool auf großzügigem Parkgrundstück. Schon die Allee der Zufahrt ist ein Erlebnis! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen (sogar auf deutsch) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch unser Hund war sehr zufrieden.

France 2024 Le petite salsmandre
What a trip !! To arrive at La Salamandre is like arriving into a fairy tale . The long tree lined drive brings u up to meet the warm welcome from Thierry and Audrey , such nice people ! . We stayed in La petite salamander and it is true comfort , elegance , so quiet , spotless clean , and with everything u need for a relaxing refreshing holiday . So peaceful. Plenty seating in shade and sun around a Gorgeous pool and garden . Thierry and Audrey are available always but let u have your privacy . It is very close to beautiful city of anguoleme , 20 mins, village 3mins away , bakery and town 10 mins away with all you need , also beautiful place for lunch by river . We truly enjoyed our stay and thank you both for your help and conversation and kindness . We just wish our French was as good as your English. Until we meet again , Kay Michael and Rhian.

Vous accédez à la propriété par une splendide allée ombragée donnant sur de belles bâtisses. Les lieux ont énormément de charme et les arbres majestueux qui bordent la piscine vous incitent au farniente. Côté pratique, la literie est de bonne qualité, ce qui est à souligner. Thierry et Audrey sont très accueillants, il est particulièrement agréable d'échanger avec eux et de découvrir grâce à eux la culture de spiruline. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous les en remercions.
