The "Les 3 Arches" gîte, with an area of 300m2 spread over two levels, offers a capacity of 15 beds as well as a large and beautiful vaulted common living room, friendly and cozy to share good times. The accommodation consists of 3 entities. On the ground floor: a cloakroom entrance, a TV room, a WC/laundry room, a large bright and vaulted living room of 100m2 with fully equipped kitchen and central island open to the dining room and the living room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 with double bed (160*200cm) and 2 with two single beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and a living room with sauna. On the 1st floor with access by the outside staircase: 2 independent apartments each offering 2 bedrooms, i.e. 4 bedrooms in total including 2 with double bed (160*200cm) and 2 with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 WCs separated, 2 fitted kitchens and 2 living rooms opening onto the balcony. The gîte overlooks a large enclosed garden with trees of 2000m2 facing South/West going around the building, in a quiet area with a play area for children, trampoline, hammock. Enjoy a moment of rejuvenation and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains: the Pic de Morgon, Mont Orel, Mont Guillaume without forgetting the view of the rock of Embrun and the lake of Serre-Ponçon. Oil fired central heating. 6 private parking spaces. For a comfortable stay: sheets, towels and table linen are included in the price. Possibility of cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
