The gîte "Les 3 Arches", with a surface area of 300m2 spread over two levels, can sleep up to 15 people, and has a large, beautiful, vaulted living room for sharing good times together. The accommodation comprises 3 units. Ground floor: entrance checkroom, TV room, WC/laundry room, large, bright, vaulted 100m2 living room with fully-equipped kitchen and central island opening onto the dining room and living room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (160*200cm) and 2 with two single beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 WCs and a lounge with sauna. On the 1st floor with access via the outside staircase: 2 independent apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, i.e. 4 bedrooms in total, including 2 with double beds (160*200cm) and 2 with two single beds, 2 shower rooms with showers, 2 separate WCs, 2 fitted kitchens and 2 living rooms opening onto the balcony. The gîte opens onto a large, enclosed, south/west-facing garden of 2000m2 surrounding the building, with a play area for children, trampoline and hammock. Enjoy a moment of relaxation and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains: Pic de Morgon, Mont Orel, Mont Guillaume, not forgetting the view of Embrun rock and Serre-Ponçon lake.
