Ground floor: living room/kitchen with flat screen TV, dining area and open kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, oven and extractor hood. Washing machine. Bathroom with shower and WC.

Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm.

Private terrace and courtyard of approximately 14 m², garden furniture, barbecue, parking, carport. Unenclosed land of 140 m².

Mosquito nets on the windows. Electric heating in supplement. 1 extra bed possible for 1 person.

Cleaning on request. Sheets and towels optional.

On your arrival, André will receive you by offering you a basket of local products.
