The Grenache gîte is housed in the former sheepfold of the Château de Libran, adjoining (dividing wall) with the "Caladoc" gîte - 13G180.

Ground floor: Kitchen/living room of 40 m² with fitted open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood and Nespresso coffee maker), 2 sofas / benches, TV and DVD player.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160x200cm, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm. Bathroom with walk-in shower 100x80cm with thermostat. Independent WC.

Wifi, baby kit (cot, high chair, bath and potty on request), heating included. Private terrace of 25 m² with garden furniture, barbecue. Private unfenced garden of 200 m² in front of the gite.

Equipment common to the 3 gîtes: 1000 m² playground with swing and playhouse for children, parking.

The main facade in thick stone wall and exposed to the north, will guarantee you, during the hot summers of Provence, an appreciable freshness in the living room on the ground floor. The bay window opens directly onto the wooded garden where you can take all your meals in the shade of the prunus, or sit in the deck chairs in the lawn for a Provençal idleness to the sound of birds and cicadas.
