La Lande du Pont

If you love the countryside, valleys, lakes and woods, you'll love La Lande du Pont. This 6-person gîte nestles in the middle of meadows and at the foot of hiking trails - almost 50 km of paths to explore on foot, by bike or even on horseback. The beautiful bedroom on the first floor has a bay window from which you can observe the wildlife of this unspoilt area. Fall asleep to the call of the owls, wake up to the song of the birds, go in search of the frogs... that's all this gîte promises. The ground-floor shower room, with its walk-in shower, is perfectly accessible, while the living room lets you relax by the stove in front of the TV. Telecommuting: the ground-floor bedroom is equipped with a desk and Moricette armchair. Wifi is available throughout the gîte. An RJ45 cable is also available. In summer, you can enjoy the jacuzzi on the terrace! (mid May - end September). Pastures for your horses, with a paddock. For your activities, between fishing, sports, water sports and culture, the choice is yours: Hambers 3km away, a fishing pond open from mid-March to the end of October, swin-golf and water sports at Gué de Selles, the Evron water garden, the summer swimming pool at Bais (5km), the Gallo-Roman town of Jublains, Sainte Suzanne, France's favorite village, and the Montaigü hills... You may come across deer and roe deer in the nearby meadows and forests... Enjoy your stay!

Your accommodation comprises: on the ground floor, a 27m² living room, a 12m² fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm); 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm), WC with separate washbasin.

Electric heating: compulsory option from November to March: €8/day. To be taken when booking, or paid on site to the owners.
Cleaning is optional at 75€ (compulsory for professionals).
