Looking for a large, well-appointed gîte to spend quality time with friends or family? Gaëlle and Camille's property is huge, allowing you to escape to the countryside, while still offering on-site leisure activities. Children will love jumping on the trampoline, swinging around, building huts on the island etc... As for the adults, between the fishing (8,000m² pond with carp -8-10kg, roach, tench and perch), the molky game, the ping-pong table, and all those spaces conducive to daydreaming in the orchard or in the shade of the big oaks, it's likely that you won't get around to it! The gîte features a large, fully-equipped kitchen, and upstairs there's a real maze of rooms, all harmoniously decorated. There's no shortage of comforts in the living room - big-screen TV, large sofa - and in the bedrooms. Mayenne is 1h20 from Paris by TGV, and the line doesn't pass very far from the property. In the gîte, you won't hear much of the train passing by, and in the garden you won't really notice it as you feel so immersed in nature.

Your accommodation comprises: ground floor: 25m² living room, 25m² fitted kitchen, separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm); 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm); 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm) + 1 bunk bed, bathroom, shower room and 2 WCs.
This property is shared with a 2nd gîte, La Douairie en Mayenne (code H53G010828) for 6 people. Ideal for multi-couple vacations with friends or family, with independence (separate terrace for each gîte) and large 2 ha grounds.
Electric heating with thermostatically-controlled radiators.
The staircase to the bedrooms requires you to be comfortable on stairs.
Wifi access in the house, very good 4G quality. The home meets telecommuting requirements, with an office in one bedroom and in the living room on the ground floor with a nearby outlet.
Optional extras: cleaning costs €100 (compulsory for professionals), bed linen €10 per pair, towels €7.
Pets not accepted.

Electricity/heating: 40 kwh/day included in the package. Beyond that, the kwh will be billed at the EDF regulated rate.
