Totally independent gîte in a traditional Gaillacois building. Sheltered terrace with garden furniture for lounging and grilling in summer. Garden and courtyard of 300m².

- First floor:
- Entrance into open-plan kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, filter coffee maker, Tassimo® pod coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- Living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. The living room is air-conditioned (console).
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin.
- Separate toilet

- First floor:
- direct access to a first bedroom opening onto the stairwell, with two single beds (90x190cm)
- second bedroom opening onto the entrance hall, separated from the first by a door, double bed 140x190cm with shower room: shower, washbasin, wc

Baby equipment available on request. No Wifi available in the gîte. Electric heating. Possibility of renting bed linen, and cleaning service at the end of your stay (extra charge). Household linen (towels, tea towels, etc.) and bathroom linen are provided.

La Janade... On the Albigensian bastide circuit and in the Gaillac vineyards... On the Cordes plateau and close to the Tarn valley... A discreet, welcoming corner of the countryside... A white stone house warmed by the sun... A well in the shade of an old almond tree... A hundred-year-old box hedge... A view of rolling countryside...
