Down in the valley, you'll find the 76km Passa Païs greenway linking Mazamet to Bédarieux. Mazamet (former world capital of délainage) is 8km away, with its leather stores, the Lac des Montagnès (leisure center, swimming) and the hilltop village of Hautpoul.

You're also just 1 hour's drive from Mediterranean beaches, via the Minervois and Saint-Chinian vineyards.

First floor: entrance hall with fireplace, independent fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining room (sofa bed), bedroom, shower room with toilet, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, mini-freezer) leading to first floor (steep staircase). Upstairs: two bedrooms, shower room with toilet. Oil-fired central heating. Cots available.
