Less than 20 km from Collioure and the Mediterranean beaches, in an agricultural and winegrowing setting, this simple gîte offers the peace and quiet of the countryside, just a stone's throw from the main tourist sites of Roussillon. The gîte is located on the first floor of a wine tasting cellar, in an old farmhouse, in the middle of the vineyards, close to the active vineyard. 1st floor: Dining room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, wc. The gîte has a shaded semi-enclosed outdoor area with a barbecue area and garden furniture. An enclosed storage room for equipment (such as bicycles, etc.). Parking on the property. A cycle track linking Argelès sur Mer and Le Boulou passes 2 km from the estate and allows you to cycle to the beaches. The owners, who are farmers and winegrowers, live on site and will be able to share their experience and knowledge.

4/5La situation géographique est un peu éloignée de la ville, mais pour une parfaite tranquillité.
Le propriétaire est super sympa et n’hésite pas à faire découvrir son domaine.
Les enfants ont apprécié la partie ludique avec toutes ces explications sur la partie viticole.

Le bâti est une ancienne maison qui aurai besoin d’un petit relooking pour être parfait

5/5Mes amis et moi remercions monsieur et madame Vincent pour leur accueil sympathique et leur bonne humeur malgré une météo qui n'est pas favorable à leur activité.
Durant la semaine du 13 au 20 mai nous avons pu faire de belles balades et chaque soir retrouver le calme et le repos dans ce gîte rural.Michel, Anne-Marie, Gilbert
