La Barbinière - Les Ferrettes

Set on a 16-hectare property in the heart of the Perche region, the gîte is located on a breeding farm for Frison, Selle Français and Poney Français de Selle horses.
The owners will share their passion for horses with you, and guide you along the many footpaths starting from the gîte.
Everything is done to be as close as possible to nature, to respect and preserve it.
All the lighting is LED, as is the TV, the water for the toilets comes from the well, and the low-temperature heating is produced by a water/water heat pump.

Ground floor: entrance, laundry room, spa bathroom, separate WC, living room with kitchenette and lounge (2-person sofa bed, TV, Blu-ray player, home cinema, wood-burning stove).
Floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed) with separate WC, 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed, 1 x BZ bed) with private 27 m² terrace, shower room, separate WC.
Low-temperature underfloor heating included.
Carport possible.
8,000 m² enclosed garden shared with owners.
Children's playground (swing, slide, swing and teepee), trampoline, badminton and table tennis.
Rental of 2 electrically-assisted bicycles with children's cart, horse-riding lessons and picnic baskets.
Additional charge of €25/person/night for more than 4 people (on request).
