Boasting exceptional views over the Risle valley, this pretty 19th-century brick house has been tastefully converted. Bright and comfortable, it opens onto the valley with a lovely terrace overlooking the valley. The many hiking trails in the vicinity will take you on superb walks, as far as the nearby Bec Hellouin abbey, with its adorable village.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR: you enter the cosy living room/kitchen with its wood-burning fireplace. Next door, the bedroom offers a double bed and a sitting area, and also gives access to the wooden terrace. Modern bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. Joëlle and Alain's house is nearby and not overlooked. You'll enjoy your own private garden on the large, enclosed, shared plot of 4500 m².
Please note that the gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as stairs lead up to it from the parking lot.

En effet, nos photos montrent bien que le gîte est de plain pied, mais que l'accès se fait par un escalier. C'est la contre partie de notre vue sur la vallée !
