In the heart of a lively Pays d'Auge village, dynamic and friendly with its typical houses, you'll fall under the spell of this pretty, authentic thatched cottage. It's almost 200 years old and has retained all its character, with its half-timbered walls, cob and iris roofs, but it's also very modern and very comfortable. Michèle and Jean-Loup have turned it into a cosy, adorable little cocoon, and are always ready to do their utmost to make you feel at home. They'll also be happy to give you advice on where to go for your walks in this beautiful region, between the Côte Fleurie and Honfleur, 13 km away, Pont-Audemer and the Marais Vernier. You'll enjoy a large terrace with furniture for al fresco dining or a siesta, and a private garden area overlooking the owners' large enclosed garden planted with trees. Restaurants and shops are just a stone's throw away, at the end of the street.

Entrance on the ground floor leads to the living room: a warm, comfortable living room with a cosy sitting area in front of the pellet stove, a dining area facing the terrace and garden, and a well-equipped kitchen; separate toilet with washbasin. On the upper floor, charming attic with exposed beams and thatch, you arrive on the landing with a small relaxation area, then the bedroom with its 160x200 double bed and the shower room with toilet. Large enclosed garden of over 2000 m², with orchard, part of which is private with terrace. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. Inside the property, private parking with reinforced socket for recharging electric vehicles. Maximum vehicle height limited to 2.65 m.
