Located in the Parc Naturel Régional de la Haute Vallée de Chevreuse, close to the A10 and N118 motorways, as well as the Courtabœuf-Les-Ulis business center (Essonne), self-contained apartment in a former town house.

This charming renovated gîte is located in the center of the Bonnelles commune, close to small shops: pharmacy, bakery, small supermarket, gas station, doctor, physiotherapist, dentist....
By car, you can reach Versailles (one town, one castle, the city of the French art of living, with its many historic sites to discover) in 45 minutes; the Château de Breteuil in 15 minutes, Rambouillet, its Espace Rambouillet observation site and its animal and forest park in 30 minutes.

For golf enthusiasts, the Forges-les-Bains golf course is a 10-minute drive away. Roissy airport 80km away.

This 36 m2 two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor in the center of the village. It opens onto a courtyard and a private garden, which will delight everyone in fine weather, with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The apartment comprises a separate bedroom with a 140x190 bed overlooking the courtyard, and storage space with closet and shelves.
