At the heart of the festivities: Bailleul is a festive town: it's certainly no coincidence that Gargantua is the giant of Bailleul. Visit the belfry and bell tower to admire the panoramic view over the whole region, guided tours of the town in season on different themes. Flemish architecture, the chapels, a visit to the Bailleul museum, richly endowed with period earthenware and lace, the Marguerite Yourcenar foundation and share welcome you all year round to a haven of peace and nature.

During the summer months, shows are held here every Sunday afternoon. Sport: swimming, hiking trails, horseback riding (outings or carriage rides), the Monts de Flandre (Mont Cassel, Mont des Cats, Mont Noir, Mont Rouge), the hills that surround you and make us proud. Gastronomy: many Flemish estaminets welcome you to sample a local beer.
