- On the ground floor: a nicely decorated and furnished living room with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. Also on this level: a separate toilet with washbasin and a laundry area.
- On the 1st floor: two large bedrooms (each with 1 bed 160), a living room with television, a separate toilet and a bathroom.
- On the 2nd floor: a large dormitory room (ideal for children/teenagers) with table football and featuring 2 90 cm beds and 4 140 cm beds, 2 of which are bunk. Also on this level: a bathroom, a separate toilet and a second bathroom with toilet. !
Outside, you will have a furnished terrace, a large enclosed garden with a bowling green and a covered shelter.
Car parking is possible in the street (free) near the cottage or in the car park 50 m away. La Roche Bernard is a remarkable town with its monuments, its old quarters with half-timbered houses, its panoramas and its craftsmen to discover along its narrow streets. The old port, just 700 m from the cottage, offers a breathtaking view of the Vilaine river, its bridges and its pretty marina which is the starting point for a pleasant river cruise. Within a radius of a few kilometres, you will indulge in fishing, water sports, swimming, horse riding and can go to a movie! The beautiful beaches of Pénestin or Asserac are 20 km away. A little further on, don't miss Guérande and its salt marshes and the famous seaside resort of La Baule.
