Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the peninsula of Guérande, this farmhouse, approved Tourism and Handicap, is located in a very quiet hamlet, listed in the Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan. You will be able to observe many species of birds, by the sea and near the marshes. You will have a good stay with family or friends!

- On the ground floor, you will find a large living room including the dining area, the equipped kitchen area and the lounge area, a room labeled Tourism and Handicap equipped with 2 90x190 beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Italian accessible and WC.
- On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms each equipped with 2 80x190 beds, modular in 1x160, 2 other bedrooms each equipped with a 140x190 bed, 1 child's bed and 1 cot), a bathroom with shower , a separate WC. Duvets for all beds. Decorative fireplace. ONLY ONE ANIMAL ACCEPTED ON THE GROUND FLOOR WITH ITS BED.
Outside, a south-facing terrace of 60 m², with garden furniture, barbecue, covered shelter/bicycles. In summer, a summer kitchen will make you enjoy the terrace. Games are at your disposal: 1 ping-pong table, 1 table football, 1 bowling green. An additional bed on request (90x190). All the pleasures of the sea are within your reach: beaches, fishing, boating, marshes, bocage (Ambon, Billiers, Damgan).... Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity of the GR34. Visit the Rhuys peninsula and take the opportunity to take the boat and discover the Gulf of Morbihan and/or the offshore islands... We invite you to take the time to stroll through pretty towns of character: Vannes, Rochefort in Earth, La Roche Bernard and Guérande. River walks on the Vilaine are offered from the port of Arzal. Not to be missed for young and old: the animal and botanical park of Branféré!
