The gîte is a large holiday home of 145m² offering beautiful volumes.
- The ground floor opens onto an entrance, then a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, a living room with television, a second living room with access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms with 160 beds, a bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin, a separate WC and a laundry room.
- On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, a toilet with washbasin.
The land is fully enclosed and private, and you will have a large courtyard to park 3 vehicles, as well as a covered terrace and a gas plancha. The cottage is located near the owner's home. It is also located 400 m from a dairy farm.

The gîte is a large comfortable house of 145m² offering spacious rooms and pretty bedrooms.
