This gite has an excellent degree of comfort and has many watercolours. GR.FL: Living room with working fireplace, lounge area. Kitchen. This semi-detached gite is adjacent to the owner's home in a large longhouse, 15 minutes from the north of Rennes and 30 minutes from St Malo. It is set in partly wooded grounds of one hectare and has a patio with barbecue and garden furniture. The village of Bécherel, famous for its bookshops, is 5 minutes away and Dinan is 15 minutes.
