This converted barn adjoining another house stands in a hamlet in a group of 3 gîtes 700m from the beach. Gr.fl.: living room with kitchen area and fireplace, bathroom with WC. Upstairs: Bedroom1 with double bed. Bedroom2: twin beds, WC. Electric heating. Private garden, garden furniture, barbecue. Patio. Coastal trail GR34: 700m. A light gîte close to the sea located between Concarneau and Pont-Aven. Come and enjoy the fireplace in the evening hours. Footpaths lead to the sailing and surf school of Kersidan. Long distance path GR34 will take you to Trévignon with its protected bird area. You can buy fresh fish direct from the fishermen.

Traumhafte Lage
5/5La Grange, die Scheune, hat das gehalten, was wir erwartet hatten: eine traumhafte Lage, die uns und unsere Hündin über einen kurzen und idyllischen Waldweg zum Meer führte.
Auch andere Orte (Concarneau, Pont Aven etc.) waren schnell zu erreichen und sehr lohnenswerte Ausflüge.

3 Menschen und ein Hund
4/5Super Lage, ruhig, man ist für sich. Tolle große Küche, gute Betten, netter Bereich zum draußen sitzen. Sehr angenehme Vermieter und sehr guter eigener Apfelsaft. Wenn es mal längere Zeit regnen würde ist der Wohnbereich sehr klein, insbesondere wenn mehr als 2 Personne vor Ort sind: 1 Sofa und 2 Korbstühle. Spielte bei uns aber keine Rolle, da Wetter bretonisch gut. Unrealistisch sind die offiziellen GdF-Anforderungen an Hundehalter: Hund nie alleine lassen, Hund nicht in die oberen Zimmer, Hund bellt nie,... das zu 100 % einzuhalten ist kaum möglich. Wenn Hunde erlaubt sind muss man mit den Begleiterscheinungen klar kommen. Natürlich muss der Halter ggf. für alle Schäden haften und zur Abreise Hundespuren beseitigen. Bei uns hat alles super geklappt. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Magnifique séjour ensoleillé
5/5Magnifique semaine de vacances en Bretagne pour notre premier séjour en cette région.
Trés joli gite conforatable,agréable et trés calme, superbe jardin fleuri.
Accés à la plage par un sentier en 15 mn.
