On the ground floor there is: A veranda/living room opening onto a terrace, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed, a bathroom, separate WC and a laundry room. On the 1st floor there is: a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190, and a bedroom with two double beds 140 x 200 and a convertible sofa 140 x 200, as well as various equipment for baby (1 travel cot, 1 high chair, etc.), a bathroom and separate WC. Riad Bourguignon has enclosed grounds of 2000 m2, an outdoor Provençal fountain, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and parking for 2 spaces in front of the gîte (do not park inside). Located near Auxerre, Saint Fargeau and its castle, Vézelay and its basilica, Saint-Sauveur the country of Colette, and the medieval construction site of Guédelon.
