In a pretty, quiet and peaceful village near the Burgundy Canal, detached house with a small street along the garden. On the ground floor, kitchen open to a large living room/lounge with fireplace (free wood), bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds). Large garden with trees and fully enclosed. Summer kitchen. Garden furniture and barbecue, large garage.

There is no wifi but 4G works very well with Orange, SFR and Free.




Charges included: bed and bathroom linen - end of stay cleaning - wood for the insert - beds made on arrival

    Gite avec un très bel extérieur que nous avons vraiment apprécié.
    Une hôtesse très gentille, discrète et à l'écoute.
    La mise à disposition des vélos nous a permis de faire des balades au bord du canal de Bourgogne en famille, un régal !!!

    Gîte confortable très bien équipé et bien situé. Il offre la possibilité de randonner à pied ou en vélo et découvrir une région boisée et vallonnée. Les amateurs de châteaux ont l’embarras du choix ( Ancy-le-Franc,Maulnes,Lantay…Abbaye de Fontenay…) sans oublier ces villes de caractère telles que Noyers. Il faut souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. Un ensemble de facteurs qui nous ont permis un excellent séjour.Le côté insolite de la maison ne se dévoile pas, il faut le découvrir soi même…Gîte à recommander !
