Separate WC. First floor: bedroom with double bed (140cm) and bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). Mezzanine with extra bed. Courtyard in front of the house and 25m² wooden terrace to the rear. One parking space in front of the gîte and public parking nearby.Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.Bed linen, final cleaning and towels included in the priceOptional for BMX licensees, about 2 km from the gîte, access to a private (but not exclusive) 5,000 m² approved course with closed bike storage.Nuits-St-Georges owes its renown to the prestige of its wines, and its location between Dijon and Beaune, famous for its Hospices, on the Route des Grands Crus offers numerous cellar visits, as well as gastronomic, cultural and sporting activities in the Burgundy vineyards. Leave your car behind and discover Beaune and Dijon at your leisure from the station, by train or bus, close to the gîte.Charges and extras:Gas heating: daily charge of 5 to 7 euros depending on the period. Electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh included in the price).electric bikes can be hired from the owner.BMX court option: €250 for a week, €150 for a short stay.

3.8/5Overall a very good stay at Escale Nuitonne, nicely located at Nuits-Saint-Georges in the middle of the Côte d'Or. Close to all you need to see and visit.
Landlord is very friendly and knows a lot about the region.
The only little thing is the shower, an new shower head could fix this and will make this "Good" review to "Excelent"...
We will be back for sure...

4/5Vaisselle en quantité un peu juste (2 casseroles, pas de pichet à eau, etc.)
Emplacement pour stationner la voiture pas toujours libre (mais on a toujours trouvé une alternative).

5/5Maison rénovée avec goût, spacieuse, très propre et bien située dans Nuits St Georges. Severin a été très accueillant. C’est un lieu idéal pour une famille. Très bonne adresse, on reviendra avec plaisir si nous sommes de passage en Bourgogne.
