Gîtes Bo: a group of 4 very comfortable, carefully renovated gîtes in wine-growing village in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. They can be rented separately or all together. Le Grand Gîte is the entire house (all 4 gîtes) that can be rented for eating together with family or friends but with separate sleeping accommodation. Le Boisé gîte (ground floor) with living room & open-plan fitted kitchen & dining area. A few steps to lounge (good quality 160cm sofa bed). Sleeping alcove (queen-size bed). Shower room/WC. Le Floral gîte (1st floor) with large living room & open-plan fitted kitchen, lounge (160cm sofa bed) separated by modern openwork panel from sleeping alcove (queen-size bed). Shower room, separate WC.|Le Minéral gîte (1st floor) with living room & open-plan fitted kitchen (dining table, armchairs), separated by openwork panel from sleeping alcove (double bed). Shower room/WC. Le Fruité gîte (the largest on 2nd floor) with large living room (suitable for eating all together) & open-plan fitted kitchen, dining & lounge areas (sofa bed suitable for 2 children). 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed in each). Shower room, separate WC. The total capacity of the property depends on the number of gîtes that you wish to rent at the same time.
Mairie and village hall car park 50m away. Shared closed garage for bikes, motorbikes, etc. (washing machine, tumble drier). Cot & high chair on request. Pet(s) allowed only by request (extra damage deposit payable). Included in rent: bed linen, towels, cleaning at end of stay, electricity, heating. Tourist tax and extra cleaning if pet(s) brought NOT included in rent.|Saint-Romain is one of oldest villages in the region. It is surrounded by steep cliffs and a rocky spur. Lots of hiking/riding trails to explore archaeological sites and enjoy views over the vineyards. Near Beaune with its world famous Hospices (UNESCO World Heritage site). Lots to see and do all year round. Restaurants and wine tasting cellars. Don't miss the Great Wine Route (another UNESCO World Heritage site) with famous wine villages such as Meursault, Pommard, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Corton, etc. Natural swimming pool at Montagny-lès-Beaune and Etangs d'Or (lakes) at Merceuil-Tailly. Casino and spa (from May 2021) at Santenay.
