First floor: kitchen, living/dining room and WC. 1st floor: bedroom (bed 160) and reading area on mezzanine. 2nd floor: bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room and WC. For an additional charge, it is possible to rent an additional bedroom, adjoining the first floor, with WC and shower room. Terrace. Parking space. Wood-fired central heating included. Baby cot and high chair. Quality renovation, combining stone and wood. Exceptional location in the heart of a 40-hectare forest, within the future Champagne-Bourgogne national park. 2 guest rooms and a 7-person gîte on the property. No TV. Private washing machine.
Nearby: the historic villages of Grancey-le-Château and Salives. Sources of the Seine and Coquille rivers. Shops in Is-sur-Tille and Selongey (Seb factory outlet). Numerous hiking trails nearby. 5/5Een prachtige gite, met alles in huis wat je maar nodig hebt. Het bed is prima, badkamer is prachtig. Keuken prima geoutilleerd. Iets te weinig glazen, bekers als je de vaatwasser wilt gebruiken. Daarom hebben wij met de hand afgewassen.
Wat wel aan te bevelen is, zijn comfortabele tuinstoelen om na een lange wandeling te kunnen uitrusten/relaxen.

5/5We enjoyed very much spending three nights at Emmanuelle gîte. Lovely country side location, far from phones and internet, in a very well renovated farm. Burgundy has many spots worth visiting, and Charmois is a very convenient basecamp for reaching those places.
