Disabled access via sloping gangway. Light & colourful interior decorated with the works of Sylviane Faucherand, the owner who is a painter and sculptor. Large living room opening onto sheltered terrace overviewing the garden (lounge area, dining area, kitchen area). Bedroom 1 : double bed, single bed, private shower room with Wc, disabled access. Bedrooms 2 & 3 (connecting rooms) : double bed in one room, 2 single beds in the other room, shared shower room including Wc. Cot on request. Shared washing machine in the shower room of 'Prune' bedroom. Cool/warm system. Outdoors : sheltered terrace with garden furniture, enclosed garden with flowers, deck chairs, barbecue available on request, private parking.
