Esta encantadora casa independiente está cómodamente amueblada para unas vacaciones relajantes e inolvidables.
Bienvenido al corazón del Parque Natural Regional del Luberon, a 3 km por debajo del pueblo de Lauris y a pocos minutos de Lourmarin.
Entre Cavaillon y Aix-en-Provence, Lauris es un pueblecito encaramado en un promontorio rocoso con un panorama excepcional. Venga a descubrir su castillo, su lavadero, sus callejuelas y su ambiente provenzal.
Salga de excursión desde la Casas rurales para escalar el Luberon, hay bicicletas disponibles.
El jardín, cerrado por un muro a un lado y un seto al otro, tiene unos 3.000 m², con lavanda y 2 magníficos plátanos centenarios que proporcionan una sombra muy apreciada en verano.
Piscina privada con alarma, 12 x 5 m, de 1 m a 2,50 m de profundidad, abierta de principios de mayo a finales de septiembre.
Terraza sombreada con muebles de jardín. Mesa de ping-pong y zona de petanca.
Cocina exterior delante de la piscina con plancha, mesa grande y 8 sillas, nevera.
Ducha exterior con cabina de ducha y WC. Lavadero con lavadora y secadora.
Planta baja:
- Gran cocina totalmente equipada: horno, microondas, encimera de gas, lavavajillas, nevera, congelador, 3 cafeteras (filtro, Nespresso, Senseo), robot de cocina...
- Salón/comedor: mesa de madera con 8 sillas, aparador, chimenea, sofá de 2 plazas, 4 sillones, televisión con canales internacionales, equipo de alta fidelidad, reproductor de DVD, altavoz bleutooth, wifi.
Primera planta:
- 3 habitaciones (3 camas 160x200 cm), ventiladores.
- Cuarto de baño con cabina de ducha.
- WC separado.
En el anexo, accesible desde el exterior, un dormitorio con cama de 160x200cm y cuarto de baño/wc con cabina de ducha.
Aparcamiento privado vigilado para 2 vehículos + posibilidad de aparcar otros vehículos en el terreno no cerrado justo detrás de la casa. Punto de recarga de electricidad a 5 km.

Kittygreenleaf Blissful week
Thanks for a lovely stay last week. The contact beforehand was great and any questions answered quickly. We were warmly greeted and shown the property. Make sure you park in the little field on the right if the gate rather than trying to get your hire car up the drive! The house was perfect for us and our adult children and we spent most days just playing games by the pool, relaxing - there are so many wonderful spots to sit with a book or backgammon. The table tennis, molkky and boules kept us entertained alongside planning our meals to eat in the outdoor dining areas - there is always large covered area by the pool or the terrace. Lauris was a great village for lunch but a good 30 minute walk in the heat. The bikes were great for cycling to superU and village in the morning but there didn’t seem to be a bike lock which was unfortunate but maybe we just couldn’t see it. The outside shower and loo were really useful and hot water was great. Be aware the stairs in main house are a bit treacherous but you just have to be careful. The kitchen was a delight and so well equipped - beautiful crockery and just wonderful ceramics and furniture throughout. The mosquitos were not a problem at all due to the screens and our repellent. Beds super comfy. We heard the owl which was lovely. It took us a couple of days to find the champagne flutes - they are in the large cupboard by the TV- along with lots of other glasses and tea set. It is clearly a much loved home and thanks for sharing it with us !!

I'm delighted that the house lived up to your expectations and that you were able to fully enjoy the games, the pool, and the reading nooks—you'd almost think you'd discovered the secret to happiness! Regarding the parking, you nailed it: the small field on the right is clearly the VIP spot for slightly rebellious rental cars. (There's a lock for bikes, of course.)
It was a pleasure sharing our little corner of paradise with you, and we hope to see you again soon.

We had wonderful time in the house La Marquise. It's a beautiful place full of atmosfere, the house is nice and very nicely and practically furnished. The description and photos correspond to the reality. Everything was perfect and we would love to return one day.
