Consta de: - Salón con sofá cama para 2 personas - Cocina - 1 dormitorio con cama de 160 x 200 cm - Cuarto de ducha - WC Acceso peatonal de 50 m por un callejón de 32 escalones - Terraza de madera de 16 m².5 m² con toldo eléctrico - Muebles de jardín - Barbacoa de gas - Microondas - Congelador - Placa de cocina - 2 aparatos de aire acondicionado portátiles disponibles en la casa rural - Televisión en el salón y en el dormitorio - Secador de pelo - Camas hechas a la llegada - Sólo se puede alojar una mascota de tamaño mediano, ya que el tamaño del apartamento no es adecuado para un perro grande - Tenga en cuenta que esta casa rural no dispone de lavadora.

Rizzoli Dismaying
The apt is well equipped and the view from the terrace is beautiful. However, several issues did not make our stay enjoyable, above all the fact that there were no mosquito nets on the windows although the place was infested with biting insects. Given that there is no air conditioning, one would expect the owner to have taken some alternative measures to prevent guests to be tortured as my son literally was: on one morning, he woke up with over 100 bites on his body, 30 of which on his face alone. After complaining with Gites the France, we were offered an insulting 22 euro compensation (5% of the total amount we had paid) which wouldn't even have paid for the medicaments. They dismissed the issue by saying that the presence of mosquito in the region is not the owner's responsibility. Of course it isn't but it IS one host's responsibility to guarantee the safety of their guests!
Less worrying but likewise annoying, several items in the bathroom were broken or not working properly: the stopper in the basin wouldn't go up, which meant the only way we could use the sink was by having the stopper turned upside down.The soap dish in the shower fell onto our feet soon after we had put a shampoo bottle on it. On top of all, as we turned on the water we heard a shrill whistle which would not stop until we turned it off again, which made us have the shortest showers possible. One more thing about our arrival: we meant to check in at 6 pm, but this was not possible as the concierge was not available at that time and we had to change our plans and have dinner in town.- Limpieza

We are sorry that your stay did not give you complete satisfaction. We did take into account the elements that you brought to our attention, so that the owner rectifies quickly the closing system of the washbasin, the hanging of the soap dish and the whistling of the shower (which does not affect hot water in any way). Regarding the presence of mosquitoes, we would remind you that the accommodation is located close to the sea, and that we are in the middle of the summer season. It is therefore up to Gites de France to recommend the owners to leave anti-mosquito products available in their apartments (which was the case) but it is also up to the tenants to equip themselves with suitable products and to choose an accommodation that meets their requirements, particularly in terms of air conditioning or mosquito netting if these criteria are essential. Regarding the arrivals, they are scheduled at 4 p.m. as indicated on our rental contracts. If the concierge is available, arrivals can be made later, but there is no obligation. For all these reasons, this is a commercial gesture and not compensation that has been granted to you. We would remind you that your contact on the first days of your stay would have enabled us to react more quickly regarding the malfunctions into the bathroom. We hope that this inconvenience will not affect your confidence in our brand, and that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back to our region. Yours sincerely
