Sumérjase en el corazón de la historia y la naturaleza en nuestra encantadora casa rural de Indre-et-Loire, cerca de La Roche-Posay (Ciudad balneario) y Tours. Atraviese el porche del siglo XVI y déjese transportar por el ambiente tranquilo y auténtico de esta Demeures de caractère.
En verano, tome el sol en las terrazas, relájese en el jardín o en la Piscina privada.
En las noches más frescas, relájese en el acogedor salón con sus paneles de madera del siglo XVIII y su chimenea.
En invierno, déjese arrullar por el suave calor de la chimenea y disfrute de un momento de relax en la Sala de juegos con mesa de billar.
Para una escapada romántica, en familia o entre amigos, nuestras Casas rurales son el marco ideal para momentos inolvidables.
Casas rurales restauradas con todo incluido (excepto la tasa turística) en una finca del siglo XV-XVI. En este marco excepcional, los propietarios han instalado una piscina cubierta y climatizada que compartirán con sus huéspedes. Planta baja: salón-cocina, aseo. Primera planta: 1er dormitorio (3 camas individuales), 2º dormitorio (cama de 160 cm), cuarto de baño, wc. Cuna disponible. Casas rurales no adaptadas a minusválidos. Calefacción geotérmica. Jardín privado cerrado de 2000 m² (zona de juegos exterior para niños: columpio). Tenis de mesa, billar. Sala de juegos: futbolín, pinball, billar. Acceso Internet Wifi. Incluido en el precio: leña, calefacción, electricidad, limpieza de final de estancia, camas hechas y ropa de cama proporcionada. APERTURA DE LA PISCINA: del 15/04 al 10/10.

Frank & Jean A delightful stay and a taste of life the past.
We found Gilt La Villate and its welcoming owners delightful.
The style was very much in keeping with the main house and we were delighted with the decor and furnishings, yet it was comfortable and had the modern facilities we needed.
Sadly, age precluded us from making use all the delights of the Games Barn, but we very much appreciated the Pool and grounds.grandchildren would make full use were they to visit.

Lucy A perfect stay
This gite is lovely - very comfortable with everything you could need. The kids (and grown ups!) loved the pool and games room. The area is blissfully quiet, but within 5 minutes drive of a town with a boulangerie etc. Plenty to do in the area, but the property is so lovely we spent plenty of time relaxing at home.

Aoife Beautiful gîte in charming surrounds
The house is very thoughtfully decorated and a pleasure to live in. The facilities on site are truly excellent and the owners have a number of extra touches (bath robes, pool towels, honesty bar) that make the stay wonderful and luxurious. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and there is a selection of out door spaces to sit, relax and dine. We had a lovely stay. Would thoroughly recommend. Tourist attractions are about an hour away do this location is for those who wish to relax on site.
