Completamente renovada en 2022 para ofrecer una acogedora bienvenida, esta Casa rural totalmente equipada y confortable ofrece una estancia relajante en el Campo, con una amplia vista sobre los pastos y sus animales, cerca de la granja lechera de los propietarios. Tendrá la oportunidad de descubrir las actividades agrícolas y los productos de la granja. Está a 2 km del pueblo de Parigné y a 3 km del Centro de ocio de Chênedet.
En un nivel con tres escalones de acceso: - una sala de estar que comprende una cocina y sala de estar - un dormitorio con una cama de 180x200 - un dormitorio con dos camas de 90x190 - un cuarto de ducha y WC separado Gran garaje.

Nous connaissions le gite pour y avoir séjourné il y a un an.
Et si nous y sommes revenus, c'est pour la qualité de l'accueil et de conditions d'hébergement. Le cadre est reposant, les biquettes d'à coté le petit plus qui fait qu'on se sent vraiment à la campagne (sans aspect négatif puisqu'elle sont rentrées la nuit. le caractère "de plain pied" est également un plu quand on a quelqu'un dont la motricité n'est plus au top.
Quand au sourire de Marie-Anne et à sa disponibilité, c'est le Top !!!!
Bref, pas besoin de vous dire où nous logerons au printemps pour notre prochaine venue dans ce coin de Bretagne...- Limpieza

Moggymadmum Wonderful stay
A lovely quiet spot within 5k of Fougeres for provisions. The castle at Fougeres is definitely worth a visit. The gite is nicely, although basically, appointed. There was heating and hair dryer, towels and sheets. I did find the micro and cooker hood set very high as I’m only 5ft. Take care lifting anything hot out of the microwave. Unfortunately we weren’t expected by owners who thought we were arriving on the date we left!. However, they were very apologetic and friendly and quickly prepared the gite for us. Bit of a language barrier as our French was only as good as the owners english ! The owners were available at the adjacent farmhouse if we needed anything whilst also very respectful of providing a private undisturbed stay . Watching the animals was a delight. The owners provided us with some produce from the farm which was lovely and much appreciated. We were there in October which was quite rainy but what a wonderful setting it would be in the fine weather of spring, summer or early autumn. I would recommend this gite in a lovely setting with pleasant and friendly owners.

JAllin Wonderful stay
We spent a wonderful 10 days here on the farm. We enjoyed the tranquility and the company of our surrounding neighbours - donkeys, horse, cows, goats, and the farmhouse dog and cat!
The area is also great for exploring: Fougeres, Vitre, Mont St Michel, Avranches, in addition the local woods and forests.
The only downside were the flies which were a nuisance, to be honest, but we were in the countryside after all! We tried to minimise the discomfort with fly paper and air agitators which seemed to work. Nevertheless, we still had a great time and can highly recommend this gite.- Limpieza

Les Ligériennes Agréable gite en campagne
Joli gite au calme à la campagne.
Très bien équipé, à côté de l'habitation des
propriétaires mais sans aucun vis à vis. Bien que au vu du temps nous n'ayons pas vraiment pu en profiter, petit extérieur bien entretenu et invitant au repos.
Accueil et discrétion des hôtes très appréciés.

Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons apprécié le lait frais chaque jour et la tarte aux pommes lors de notre arrivée.

DELA ENDROIT SYMPA et paisible
Acceuil sympatique des propriaitaires Mr et Mme Piron.
Très disponibles et discraits , à l'écoute du moindre besoin.
Gite très bien équipé disposant d'un garage et d'un terrain agréable.
les anes, chèvres et le cheval font le bonheur des petits .
A proximité immédiate de Fougères et d'une petite base de loisir.
Je recommande ce gite agréable.
