A 800 m del bonito y pequeño puerto de Le Fret, del Mar y del Cuerpo de agua, reserva natural de aves, es un lugar ideal para disfrutar de la Presqu'île y del GR34.
Bonito piso para 2 personas en una casa que comprende otros 2 pisos con entradas independientes y un gran jardín compartido con árboles. En la planta baja (1 escalón), consta de una bonita habitación con cocina abierta al salón con sofá y gran ventanal que da a una terraza pavimentada, wc separado. En la planta superior, una habitación en altillo con 2 camas 90x200, muy agradable con su techo alto y luminoso y su pequeño balcón, un cuarto de ducha con puerta de salón que incluye una ducha italiana y un tocador. Persona extra disponible bajo petición con coste adicional. El gran jardín tiene un columpio, un puente de mono y porterías de fútbol.

Gite agréable et calme - Propriétaire très discret - 15 jours passés avec une météo plus que parfaite pour découvrir la presqu'île ! Vive la Bretagne ! Y reviendrons avec plaisir

PMF improvement required/amélioration requise
Le Fret was a good choice but the gîte wasn’t.
On arrival the owner wouldn’t allow us to park right outside the door even though there was a marked parking space and he said that nobody was staying in the other two gîtes.
He asked what time we wanted to leave at the end of the stay and when I tentatively suggested 11am he agreed. (He spoke English quite well but not as well as I speak French!)
Good points: spacious shower with plenty of hot water, comfy bed, quiet road, enough crockery and glasses for a dozen people (except that there were only two cups), comfortable sofa, very short walk to the GR34 and the port.
Bad points: some of the crockery in the cupboard was DUSTY and had to be washed before it could be used; cramped cooking area; poor lighting for reading; toilet downstairs with no washbasin, washbasin upstairs in shower room with no toilet. However the worst thing about the gîte was the really DISGUSTING AND PERSISTENT SMELL in the toilet.
Nevertheless the smelly toilet wasn’t the worst thing about the overall experience: despite the agreed leaving time of 11am the owner turned up at 10am and expressed annoyance that we weren’t ready to leave. When he offered to come back in 5 minutes I suggested 15 and when by then we hadn’t vacuumed the living-room floor he became extremely angry, denying that we’d agreed a leaving time of 11am and insisting that it was 10am in the contract and the contract applied to everyone and couldn’t be changed. (He’d already said that nobody was coming in after us.) When I pointed out that if he’d stuck to the agreement I’d have had time to vacuum the floor he ranted and raved loudly, insisting we had no respect (whereupon I pointed out that we’d paid €75 for end-of-stay cleaning, more than we’d paid anywhere else for bigger gîtes, which seemed to anger him even more.)
If you still decide to stay here be aware that there are only two rings on the hotplate & the stairs are unsuitable for young children nor the elderly.- Limpieza

Suite à votre passage cher compatriote anglais dans un logement F2 qui était nickel 4 heures de ménage après un séjour d'une semaine heureusement détail : terre et gazon dans toutes les pièces malgré un tapis de sol à l'entrée que nous avons retrouvé brûlé ??(poubelle),WC chargé de déjections, nappe de cuisine avec votre repas.
Départ normalement 10h00 non pas 11h15.
Forfait ménage impose un minimum de correction.
Photos à disposition des dégâts à l'avenir restez chez vous.
Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir pris la caution vu l'étendue des dégâts. -
SYLDID LOCATION AU PORT DU FRET
Quand on va en Bretagne , on doit s'attendre à trouver un temps régional ! En effet, 3 jours de soleil sur 15, mais magnifique, on a su optimiser.
Heureusement, que nous avions un logement propre, sec et très sympa pour notre résidence.
Propriétaire à l'écoute, sympa, et communiquant de bonnes adresses.
