Adjoining gîte 84G2052 "La Tour", and close to gîte 84G2053 "L'indépendant", this renovated accommodation has a private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.

The shared swimming pool measures 14x7m, with depths ranging from 0.80 to 1.60 m. It is fenced and open from early May to early October.

The living room has a sitting area with sofa, flat-screen TV, table and 2 chairs, wifi. The kitchenette has a fridge, freezer, gas stove (electric + gas hob), oven and dishwasher.
