Gigi will be delighted to welcome you to her Holiday cottage, 'Le petit Paradis', completely renovated in 2022, located in a residential complex yet close to the Countryside and just a 5-minute walk from the center of Monteux with all its shops, local amenities and typical restaurants to discover.

At the rear of the house you'll find a living and relaxation area with a private swimming pool (7x4, 1.40 m deep, open from 15/05 to 30/09) secured by a roller shutter, surrounded by a beach with sun loungers and a pergola. 15 m² covered terrace facing south. 800 m² enclosed garden. Enclosed parking with electric gate. Combined barbecue/plancha. Garage for bicycles. Pétanque court and ping pong table.
On the ground floor, you'll find an air-conditioned living/dining room with sofa, TV and Vdsl internet box with 180 channels. A well-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine).
3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 beds 90x200, 1 bed 160x190, 1 bed 140x190, baby bed on request). Shower room. Separate WC.
