You'll have easy access to the fitness trail, 2 amusement parks (Parc Spirou and Wave Island) and the Lake for water sports activities.

Gigi will be delighted to welcome you to her holiday cottage, 'Le petit Paradis', completely renovated in 2022, located in a residential complex yet close to the Countryside and just 5 minutes' walk from the center of Monteux with all its shops, local amenities and typical restaurants to discover.

At the rear of the house you'll find a living and relaxation area with a private swimming pool (7x4, 1.40 m deep, open from 15/05 to 30/09) secured by a roller shutter, surrounded by a beach with sun loungers and a pergola. 15 m² covered terrace facing south. 800 m² enclosed garden. Enclosed parking with electric gate. Combined barbecue/plancha. Garage for bicycles. Ground floor: air-conditioned living/dining room with sofa, TV and Vdsl internet box with 180 channels. A well-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine). 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 beds 90x200, 1 bed 160x190, 1 bed 140x190, baby bed on request). Shower room. Independent WC. free wifi included (offered Netflix) energy package (heating and hot water): fixed price of 70€/week from 1/10 to 30/03; Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning and rental of sheets and towel kit 1 single pet allowed (less than 10 kg) free of charge but a deposit of 80€ will be required on arrival.
