Detached villa built in 1995 and renovated in 2020, located in a residential subdivision of 15 houses.

Just 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot, you can take advantage of Bédarrides' various shops, and 20 km away, you can discover the historical treasures and typical restaurants of Avignon, Orange and the surrounding villages. To make your visit to Avignon and Orange easier, you can also get there by train (railroad line 500 m away).

On-site: 24 m² covered south-east-facing terrace for lunch or dinner with plancha, garden furniture, 600 m² enclosed garden area and enclosed private parking.

The private, heated, fenced swimming pool (10x4, depth 1.30 m, open from May 4 to September 27) is available to cool off and relax throughout your stay. 6 deckchairs and a parasol.

Independent kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), washing machine in cellar. Dining/living room (TV). 3 bedrooms (2 140cm beds, 2 90cm beds, bed linen and towels provided), crib. Bathroom with shower and bath. 2 separate toilets.

Gas central heating. End-of-stay cleaning available.

Closed garage for one car and bikes.

TGV train station 25 km away. Spirou amusement park and water park 10 km away.

Châteauneuf du Pape and its famous vineyards are a must for lovers of local produce. And if you're keen to get out and about by bike, there are plenty of outings and hikes within easy reach of the gîte. Renée's house has been awarded the "Accueil Vélo" label.
