Traditional, independent mountain house, located in the heart of the village of Chef-Lieu des Orres, 5 km from the ski resort which offers a wide range of leisure activities, summer and winter and near the Lac de Serre-Ponçon and the Ecrins National Park. The Gite, spacious and comfortable, on the southern slope of the mountain, has level access. Large living room with lounge area with a fireplace (wood provided), TV, radio, DVD player. Integrated kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer, pod coffee maker). Separate relaxation area with library, board games. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds) one bedroom accessible by a few steps. 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a laundry area with washing machine. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Possibility to rent towels and cleaning option at end of stay. Loan of baby equipment (cot, bath, high chair, etc.) Free ski shuttle 50m from the cottage. Sheltered outdoor area for table tennis, table football, mini-billiards and closed room for sports equipment: skis, snowshoes, bicycles. Large terrace with view of the peaks equipped with table, benches, parasol, plancha, armchairs and flowered planters, in summer. Outdoor space with private parking for 2 vehicles.
