Traditional, detached mountain house located in the heart of the village of Chef-Lieu des Orres, 5 km from the ski resort offering a wide range of leisure activities in summer and winter, and close to Lac de Serre-Ponçon and Parc National des Ecrins. The spacious, comfortable gite is on the south-facing side of the mountain, with ground-level access. Large living room with fireplace (wood supplied), TV, radio, DVD player. Integrated kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer, pod coffee maker). Separate relaxation area with library, board games. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), one accessible by a few steps. 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, laundry area with washing machine. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning option at end of stay. Baby equipment on loan (bed, bath, high chair, etc.) Free ski shuttle 50m from the gîte. Sheltered outdoor area for table tennis, table soccer, mini-billiards and closed storage area for sports equipment: skis, snowshoes, bikes. Large terrace overlooking the peaks, equipped with table, benches, parasol, plancha, armchairs and flower boxes in summer. Outdoor space with private parking for 2 vehicles. Basic electric heating and tourist tax extra. Pets not allowed.
