A rich and remarkable past has shaped every stone in this small hamlet of Les Escoyères, an isolated enclave in the southern Izoard valley. In the heart of the Queyras nature park, classified as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, at an altitude of 1600 m in all seasons, it's a bath of happiness where water, sunshine and air as pure as its limpid sky are the essential ingredients for rejuvenation. It's here, as the only permanent inhabitants of this small hamlet, that we've chosen to live and welcome you to our guest house. We've opted for quality and space, to offer you two spacious guest rooms whose ambience and comfort reflect the chalet spirit of the whole house. The old, weathered wood and stone soothe the eye and invite you to relax in the living room, where the flames of the fireplace light up the room. The table d'hôtes invites you to rediscover the good taste of traditional dishes revisited on a wood-burning stove and garnished with produce from our organic farm. It's a daily market of flavors, sublimated in summer on the outdoor kitchen's plancha. To complete your stay, in summer you'll have the choice of discovering the most beautiful sites and lakes in the Queyras Natural Park during short escapades we've selected for you. In winter, equipped with snowshoes, you can immerse yourself in nature and the immaculate snow, to meet the wildlife that has chosen the outskirts of our hamlet as a privileged wintering area.
