In the Parc des Écrins, at the foot of the Col du Noyer, facing wide-open spaces and on the edge of the forest, it's in this unspoilt natural environment that Laurent, the owner, will be delighted to welcome you. Le Forest du col" is a self-contained chalet on two levels. Ground floor: large living room with dining area and fitted kitchen; shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: spacious mezzanine with sitting area; one double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Enjoy a moment of relaxation with the sound of the torrent in the background from one of the terraces at your disposal, with unobstructed views of the forest and Dévoluy massif to the rear of the chalet. Heating via pellet stove and electric radiators. Private parking in front of the gîte. The final access to the chalet is via a 100m stony path that's not cleared of snow in winter (the owner will take your luggage up on a quad and you'll arrive on snowshoes). Located on the Dominique Villars botanical trail and close to the botanical museum. Numerous possibilities for outdoor and leisure activities on site or nearby: hiking, mountain biking, 20 mn from the St Julien-en-Champsaur lake and its water sports; for winter sports, downhill skiing at the Laye ski resort (approx. 18 mn) and cross-country skiing at the Gap-Bayard plateau (approx. 16 mn). Shops 6 km away. The owner, a beekeeper, will be happy to show you around on request.

Chalet moderne et confortable, calme au milieu d'une belle nature avec la rivière toute proche. Idéale car isolé sans être loin des commodités. Pour les amoureux de la nature et/ou sportifs quand de base idéale.

Superbe rénovation, tout confort , pour ce lieu qui appartient à l'histoire de la montagne.
L'accès par le chemin permet de se retrouver en pleine nature (nous avons vu chevreuils et rapaces proches du gîte). La randonnée famille accessible directement depuis le gîte était sympa (avec encore un peu de neige en ce début de printemps).
Le gîte est très bien équipé, fonctionnel, moderne et bien isolé (phonique et thermique).
Sans oublier le miel des propriétaires qui est délicieux !

S&S Mini Séjour
Nous sommes ravis de notre petit séjour au "forest du col", ce gîte au calme est trés agréable, dés notre arrivée on s'y sent bien, avec la douce chaleur du poele bienvenue avec les 5° extérieurs.
Nous remerçions les propriétaires pour leur bon accueil.
Nous pensons y revenir ... un jour prochain... pour un séjour un peu plus long.
