In the Parc des Écrins, at the foot of the Col du Noyer, facing wide-open spaces and on the edge of the forest, it's in this unspoilt natural environment that Laurent, the owner, will be delighted to welcome you. Le Forest du col" is a self-contained chalet on two levels. Ground floor: large living room with dining area and fitted kitchen; shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: spacious mezzanine with sitting area; one double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Enjoy a moment of relaxation with the sound of the torrent in the background from one of the terraces at your disposal, with unobstructed views of the forest and Dévoluy massif to the rear of the chalet. Heating via pellet stove and electric radiators. Private parking in front of the gîte. The final access to the chalet is via a 100m stony path that's not cleared of snow in winter (the owner will take your luggage up on a quad and you'll arrive on snowshoes). Located on the Dominique Villars botanical trail and close to the botanical museum. Numerous possibilities for outdoor and leisure activities on site or nearby: hiking, mountain biking, 20 mn from the St Julien-en-Champsaur lake and its water sports; for winter sports, downhill skiing at the Laye ski resort (approx. 18 mn) and cross-country skiing at the Gap-Bayard plateau (approx. 16 mn). Shops 6 km away. The owner, a beekeeper, will be happy to show you around on request.

    La p'tite masion dans la prairie

    C'est tout ce que l'on peut rêver pour se mettre au vert.
    Oublier nos turpitudes et rythmes de citadins et bruits de nos villes.
    ici, on prend le temps d'écouter, de voir et d'admirer ...
    et c'est déjà beaucoup!
    C'est tout beau dedans, tout beau dehors à 360° et des randonnées
    à ne plus savoir qu'en faire.

    Séjour automnal idyllique !

    Merveilleux chalet situé dans un cadre verdoyant et très calme ! Nous sommes déjà conquis ! Très propre, très bien équipé, aménagé avec goût, on s'y sent tout de suite très bien ! Cette impression se confirme lorsque nous rencontrons les propriétaires chaleureux et à l'écoute! Villages typiques, randonnées tous niveaux, commerces proches, beau marché le lundi, tout est réuni pour se ressourcer et passer de très bonnes vacances ! Sûr, nous reviendrons, grand merci à Laurent et Maryline qui, apiculteurs, de plus,lo produisent un très bon miel.

    Une semaine agréable et relaxante

    Nous avons apprécié ce gîte agréable et bien équipé. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été facile et agréable. Nous avons fait beaucoup de randonnées et profité de la belle nature. Nous nous voyons bien revenir dans cette région !

    Séjour été

    Parfait pour un séjour au calme et dans la nature. Intérieur tout confort (même si lit 140 seulement) et neuf.
    Départ de randonnées possible directement depuis le chalet. Valgaudémard ou Prapic à un peu plus de 30min en voiture.

    Accès en voiture par une piste qui peut être compliqué sur les derniers mètres si pas de véhicule adapté.
