In the heart of the Clarée valley, in an exceptional high-mountain setting, this gîte is located in the hamlet of Sallé, in a recently built semi-detached house with private south-facing outdoor space. The large living room on the first floor offers a lovely relaxation area close to a large bay window opening onto the terrace and allowing you to enjoy the mountain scenery. TV + DVD player, wood-burning stove. The large, fully-equipped, integrated kitchen opens onto the dining area (dishwasher, freezer, microwave oven, plenty of storage space and complete equipment), with a back-kitchen storage area and access to the washing machine. Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms, one with a small south-facing balcony (2 x 160 cm double beds, 2 x 80 x 200 cm twin beds and a 90 cm single bed). Bathroom-wc with shower and bathtub. Separate WC on first floor. Cot and high chair available. Integrated electric heating with wood-burning stove (wood crate provided). Wifi connection. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. A private garage can be used for one vehicle and to store bicycles and other equipment. The gîte is close to cross-country ski trails and numerous hiking and mountain bike paths. Amenities: bed linen rental, optional cleaning service and bathroom linen rental. Nearby: marked trails and access to the exceptional site of this classified high-mountain valley.

Alpine flower Fabulous gite, quiet, clean and spacious
It was a pleasure to stay here. The owner was very kind and helpful and he manages the Gite like a professional and in careful detail: - it was clean, properly equipped, everything worked, lots of hot water and he went through various walking routes and useful local information.
We enjoyed a stay in one of the most comfortable gites we have been to.

Fifi73 Une semaine au calme avec des paysages somptueux
Nous avons apprécié cette semaine à NÉVACHE : Denis a été aux petits soins pour nous, le gîte très confortable et bien équipé. Avec des randonnées inoubliables.
Remarques: il n’y a pas de distributeur de billets sur place et comme il n’y a pas non plus de réseau partout, l’argent liquide est indispensable ! Il n’y a pas non plus de pharmacie sur place. Il est également préférable d’amener un maximum de vivre car l’épicerie de NEVACHE ne fait que du dépannage. Soyez prévoyants.- Cleanliness

Superbe vallée de la Clarée...un paradis pour randonneurs et en plus semaine 22, soleil et ciel bleu..un gîte spacieux et confortable et un hébergeur sympa et pas avare de bons conseils pour les chemins à prendre...que du bonheur

Rrr Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Névache. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute. Le gîte est confortable, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Idéal pour la famille. La vallée de la Clarée est magnifique !

J-Pol et Christelle Grand gîte spacieux idéalement placé
Idéalement placé pour les randonneurs. Le logement est super équipé, très spacieux et au calme. Terrasse bien exposée.
Propriétaire occupant la maison attenante, sympathique et très discret. Et nous a donné une confiture de myrtille exceptionnelle !
