In the heart of the Clarée valley, in an exceptional high-mountain setting, this gîte is located in the hamlet of Sallé, in a recently built semi-detached house with private south-facing outdoor space. The large living room on the first floor offers a lovely relaxation area close to a large bay window opening onto the terrace and allowing you to enjoy the mountain scenery. TV + DVD player, wood-burning stove. The large, fully-equipped, integrated kitchen opens onto the dining area (dishwasher, freezer, microwave oven, plenty of storage space and complete equipment), with a back-kitchen storage area and access to the washing machine. Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms, one with a small south-facing balcony (2 x 160 cm double beds, 2 x 80 x 200 cm twin beds and a 90 cm single bed). Bathroom-wc with shower and bathtub. Separate WC on first floor. Cot and high chair available. Integrated electric heating with wood-burning stove (wood crate provided). Wifi connection. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. A private garage can be used for one vehicle and to store bicycles and other equipment.
