On two floors, it features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 modern shower rooms and an open-plan living room that creates a wonderful feeling of space. Perfectly equipped, the Holiday cottage de l'Arche (named after one of the peaks that can be seen from the terrace) is close to the ski resorts of Chaillol, Saint-Léger, Ancelle and Orcières, as well as to Hiking and mountain biking trails, the Gap-Bayard golf course and the Champsaur Lake. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage, with a socket for recharging your electric vehicle. Storage for bikes and ski equipment. Wood provided. Optional cleaning and linen hire. Owners Magali and Joël have a second independent Holiday cottage, ideal for 2 people, 50 m downhill. Two deposits required: €700 for the Holiday cottage, €150 for cleaning.
