Discover the Holiday cottage de l'Arche, a superb detached house of contemporary construction in the heart of Champsaur, ideal for vacations in the mountains in any season. With a large, bright living room featuring a dining area followed by a sitting area with wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen and a vast open terrace offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the resort of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, this house promises an unforgettable stay. On two floors, it features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 modern shower rooms and an open-plan living room that creates a wonderful feeling of space. Perfectly equipped, the Holiday cottage de l'Arche (named after one of the peaks that can be seen from the terrace) is close to the ski resorts of Chaillol, Saint-Léger, Ancelle and Orcières, as well as to Hiking and mountain biking trails, the Gap-Bayard golf course and the Champsaur Lake. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage, with a socket for recharging your electric vehicle. Storage for bikes and ski equipment. Wood provided. Optional cleaning and linen hire. Owners Magali and Joël have a second independent Holiday cottage, ideal for 2 people, 50 m downhill. Two deposits required: €700 for the Holiday cottage, €150 for cleaning.

    Un très beau gite, bien situé.

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, dans ce gîte très confortable et très bien équipé.
    Ce gîte est très bien situé au centre de la vallée du champsaur permettant de découvrir très facilement orcière, valgaudemar, lac de serre ponçon et faire de très belle randonnées.
    Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles, je conseille vivement ce gîte

    Magnifique ! Au top

    Gite parfait, vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes ! Bien placé pour les départs des randonnées et les commodités !, très bien équipé. L'accueil parfait et très sympathique !
    Seul petit bémol : la fermeté de la literie (trop ferme pour nous) mais cela reste subjectif !

    MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

    Superbe gîte neuf dans une très belle région.

    Endroit calme avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes.

    Quel plaisir de s'y retrouver pour profiter pleinement de l'air pur de la campagne !

    Nous y reviendront avec grand plaisir.

    La prise spéciale pour recharger les véhicules électriques est un plus appréciable.
