Situated on the Cassis peninsula, in the middle of a setting of beautiful houses surrounded by wooded areas and flowers, in a quiet little street, this Holiday cottage has a magnificent view of Cap Canaille and the Grande Bleue.
On a fully fenced plot, on the ground floor of the owner's villa, but south-facing and not overlooked, it has its own covered terrace, a stabilized terrace at the bottom of the few access steps, and a large play area for Kids (volleyball net, /badmington). The Beach is 500m away, the rocks 300m, and Cassis City center 700m on foot.

A dozen steps lead up to the covered terrace (20 m²) with its relaxing lounge. The dining area is housed in a bright veranda overlooking the garden. The main room houses the living room with its corner sofa and flat-screen TV connected to Netflix, DVD player, contemporary-style built-in kitchen with bar and high stools, fully integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, vitroceramic hob, small appliances). The decor is deliberately minimalist and sober.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the other with 2 single beds (90x190). Large storage cupboard in hallway.
Bathroom with large Italian shower. Separate WC.
