Ideally located halfway between Avignon and Saint Rémy de Provence in the Countryside, Mas Cervoise is a lovely Provencal farmhouse that has been completely renovated and air-conditioned (silent system with individual control of each room). It features a 1700m² fenced garden, a beautiful 12x5m (1.45m deep) private fenced swimming pool open from April to October, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, a pétanque court and a barbecue.
On 2 levels, the Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor: - a large living room with an entrance equipped with table soccer, a lounge with sofas, armchairs, connected TV and coffee table, a dining area and a large built-in kitchen (oven, microwave, American refrigerator with freezer, 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee maker, multi-function food processor, dishwasher).
- a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer; - a separate toilet with washbasin; - a first bedroom with 160x200cm bed, desk and private shower room (Italian shower). Access to the first floor is via a beautiful iron staircase custom-made by the owner. This floor comprises: - two double bedrooms (160x200cm beds) with desk and private shower rooms (Italian showers); - a Kids bedroom with bunk beds and drawers (6 beds 90x200cm); - a bathroom with independent access (bathtub); - a separate WC. All utilities included. Reversible ducted air conditioning throughout the house. Gas barbecue available. Bed linen, towels and Piscine towels included. Housekeeping included. Baby equipment available on request: 2 Umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, changing table, baby bath, bouncer, potty. Private parking on property.

Provence Un très beau séjour
Un accueil très sympathique de la part du couple propriétaire avec cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous recommandons chaudement cette villa située dans un immense jardin, située idéalement non loin de sites touristiques remarquables.

QCJSB Wow ! Superbe maison, super hôtes !
Wow! Quelle superbe maison. Nous avons loué cette maison en juillet 2025. Nous étions 6 personnes. Les grands-parents pouvaient avoir leur chambre au rez-de-chaussée et notre petite famille à l'étage. La maison est superbe, le lieu est tranquille. La très grande piscine a fait bouger les enfants, tout comme la table de baby-foot. Toutes les commodités étaient présentes. Que dire des hôtes ! Attentionné, présent, juste un gros WOW ! La maison est située tout près de plein d'attraits touristiques. Vraiment un lieu idéal pour découvrir la Provence. Fortement à recommander !

Steffi Perfekter Osterurlaub
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Osterferienwochen im Mas Cervoise verbracht (5 Erwachsene, drei kleine Kinder).
Das Haus war super sauber und gepflegt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch eine Grundausstattung an Seife, Spülmittel, Küchenrolle, Gewürze und anderen Küchenutensilien ist vorhanden und was man verbraucht füllt man dann selbst natürlich auf. Die Vermieter sind super nett, kümmern sich um alles sofort und haben uns auch prima Tipps gegeben, z. B. bei welchem Pâtissier wir am Wochenende noch kurzfristig einen tollen Geburtstagskuchen bekommen :) Zum herzlichen Empfang gab es regionale Leckerein - einfach toll!! Auch der Garten mit Pool, Schaukel und Bouleplatz ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Könnte allerdings im Sommer sehr heiß sein, bei der Schaukel gibt es keinen Schatten. Dass der Pool wirklich kindersicher ist, war für unsere Buchung ausschlaggebend und es war wie erhofft, der Drehgriff war für unseren Jüngsten auch nicht zu öffnen, sehr beruhigend!!
Die Lage ist ebenfalls spitze, man erreicht alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in einem Radius von 20-60 min. Es gibt auch keine Nachbarn und der Blick geht nur ins Grüne… Was will man mehr?!
Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder und empfehlen das Gîte uneingeschränkt weiter!!

La maison est magnifique;élégante et confortable.Rien à redire sur les équipements mis à disposition,complet et sans lacune.
Située à quelques km de lieux touristiques intéressants.
Fin d'année en famille fort agréable dans ce lieu chaleureux.
Bref un séjour très agréable que nous recommandons à tous.
