It features a 1700m² fenced garden, a beautiful 12x5m (1.45m deep) private fenced swimming pool open from April to October, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, a pétanque court and a barbecue.

On 2 levels, the Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor: - a large living room with an entrance equipped with table soccer, a lounge with sofas, armchairs, connected TV and coffee table, a dining area and a large built-in kitchen (oven, microwave, American refrigerator with freezer, 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee maker, multi-function food processor, dishwasher).
- a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer; - a separate toilet with washbasin; - a first bedroom with 160x200cm bed, desk and private shower room (Italian shower). Access to the first floor is via a beautiful iron staircase custom-made by the owner. This floor comprises: - two double bedrooms (160x200cm beds) with desk and private shower rooms (Italian showers); - a Kids bedroom with bunk beds and drawers (6 beds 90x200cm); - a bathroom with independent access (bathtub); - a separate WC.
