On the ground floor: living room/open kitchen (combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi). Bathroom with washing machine, shower, and toilet.
Upstairs on the mezzanine: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm), reading lamps, a closet, and two windows offering views of the countryside and Sainte Victoire. Access to the mezzanine is via a steep staircase, but it is lit by automatic lights.

Reversible air conditioning available for an additional fee (€90 per week). Oil/Solar heating. Fans in the summer. Covered 10 m² terrace with patio furniture. Private, enclosed 500 m² garden with patio furniture and a pergola.

Swimming pool protected by a roller shutter, shared with the owner, heated (solar), 11.5x5 m, depth ranging from 1.30 to 2.70 m, available from May through October, weather permitting. Boules court. Parking. The holiday cottage is attached to the owner’s home but has a separate entrance.
