Upstairs on the mezzanine: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm double bed, reading lights, wardrobe and two windows with views of the countryside and Sainte Victoire. Access to the mezzanine is via a steep staircase illuminated by automatic lights.

Reversible air conditioning extra charge (€90 per week). Oil/solar central heating. Fans in summer. 10 m² covered terrace with garden furniture. Private, enclosed 500 m² garden, garden furniture, pergola.

Piscine protected by roller shutter, shared with owner, solar-heated, 11.5x5 m, 1.30 to 2.70 m deep, weather permitting, from May to October. Jeu de boules. Parking lot. Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house, independent entrance.
