Facing the vineyards, the "Micocoulier" gîte can be accessed directly from its private parking lot or from the raised terrace, adjoining the "Merlot" gîte (13G464) but separated by a palisade fence.
The gîte is resolutely contemporary and perfectly adapted: large living room/kitchen (fan-assisted oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker), lounge area with flat-screen TV and DVD player, mini hi-fi system, designer armchairs. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm opening onto the terrace, 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm accessible to people with reduced mobility. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
30 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, barbecue, 200 m² gravelled courtyard below. Wifi, heating included (wood-fired boiler), baby kit (cot, high chair, bath). Sheets and towels included.
This gîte is designed for people with reduced mobility thanks to its access ramp, wide passageways, adapted kitchen units (sink, hob, oven), and a bathroom entirely designed for everyone's comfort (washbasin, adapted WC, walk-in shower with chair).
A real invitation to nature and ecology in a bright, modern atmosphere, this gîte is Ecogite-qualified, as accommodation that is part of a sustainable development approach.

Gîte PMR vraiment très beau : jolies couleurs des murs et pièces vastes (sdb confortable et aménagée juste ce qu'il faut PMR), grande chambre parentale, cuisine et salon très agréables, terrasse aux belles proportions. État de propreté du gîte nickel chrome. Grande surface pour se garer facilement.
De plus, la propriétaire est une personne fort gentille, pleine d'empathie et néanmoins fort discrète.

Bonjour,
Nous sommes très surpris de votre avis client, car si votre départ a effectivement été précipité, vous avez évoqué auprès de la propriétaire une urgence familiale et non un problème de matelas.
Il est difficile de trouver une literie convenant à tout le monde hélas.
Il semblerait néanmoins que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour dans cet hébergement au regard de vos autres notations.

Un agréable séjour dans une très belle région au milieu des vignes et des champs.
Gîte très calme, très adapté pour une personne en fauteuil roulant.
Propriétaire très disponible pour la livraison du matériel médical, et très accueillante.
Super endroits à visiter dans la région (Camargue, Arles, Avignon...).

Situated in a small rural cimmunity,this delightful gite is modern and well equipped, and caters well for wheelchair bound clients. Overlooking a vineyard [managed by the owner's son] in quiet surroundings but also convenient for exploring the area. [e.g. Parc de Luberon, Aix, Avignon, Arles, etc.] Enjoyed our stay immensely - thank you, Mme Pellegrin.
